Working for MS Vision is a real team effort

Working for MS Vision is a real team effort where we all play an integral part in our vision – to be the best MS service provider. As a service engineer the support I receive is like no other company I’ve worked for, truly feel like a family member rather than an employee.

After almost two decades with stock listed major mass spec manufacturers I joined MS Vision with a clear aim

After almost two decades with stock listed major mass spec manufacturers I joined MS Vision with a clear aim: to build up long-term relationships and to grow with our customers. I wanted to step away from “corporate culture” and stock market driven management. What I found at MS Vision was a family. A small company which is looking for success of those who depend on it – the customers and the employees. Unlike the manufacturers, MS Vision is looking at long term goals, not quarterly results. The customers and the team taking care for them are the key for our success. As usual in small companies, everyone has multiple hats to wear. But that’s also the beauty: it never gets boring and it gives you a chance to try new things as well.
