The data we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How we protect your data
We protect your data through advanced firewalls and AES-256 Encryption. The cipher AES-256 is used among other places in SSL/TLS across the Internet. It’s considered among the top ciphers. In theory it’s not crackable since the combinations of keys are massive.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In case MS Vision gets aware of or notified about a data breach we will notify our customers latest within 72h, ideally earlier. For several services (Email, ERP, CRM, website hosting) we cooperate with external service providers. Our IT service providers have hardware and software measures in place to prevent data breaches as far as possible. In the case of a breach we will investigate the reason for the breach together with our IT service providers and take countermeasures to secure our customers data against further breaches.
What third parties we receive data from
Google Analytics (for Googles privacy policy see (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Hotjar (for Hotjars privacy policy see https://www.hotjar.com/legal/policies/privacy/).
You may also prevent the collection of the information generated by the Google about your use of the website (including you IP address) and the processing of this data by Google if you download and install the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Transfer of data outside of the EU
MS Vision is usually keeping all data within the EU. However, in some limited cases, personal data (e.g., email, adresses, names) may need to be transferred outside of the EU, e.g. in the course of providing material by the producer outside the EU to an end-customer inside EU. These countries may have different data protection laws. MS Vision endeavours to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place requiring that personal data will remain protected by implementing standard contractual clauses in contracts with third parties.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
MS Vision does not use automated decision making or profiling. We also do not use targeted marketing based on your previous behaviour.
