MS Vision’s Bronze Service Plan is a preventative maintenance plan aimed to optimize your instrument performance. It is based upon a well-defined test and cleaning activity, documented by detailed reports. Our experienced and motivated service engineers will follow protocols in compliance with O.E.M. standards.

Ideal for customers which want to ensure a proper performance of their systems at affordable costs where a guaranteed response time is not a prime requirement.
Bronze Service Plan Highlights
- Includes 1 or optionally 2 PM (preventative maintenance) visit(s)
- Labour and travel for PM activities included
- Reduced rates for travel and overnight stays for additional service visits
- Corrective visits given priority over non-contract customers

Silver and Silver Plus
MS Vision’s Silver Service Plan offers a guaranteed response time for corrective visits in addition to a preventative maintenance visit. The PM visit is designed to optimize your instrument performance based upon a well-defined test and cleaning activity, documented by detailed reports. Our experienced and motivated service engineers will follow protocols in compliance with O.E.M. standards.

MS Vision’s Platinum Plan is designed to give you the highest level of service and maintenance available. This all-inclusive plan covers all parts, full labour, travel and lodging and a guaranteed response time for corrective visits in addition to a preventative maintenance visit. The PM visit is designed to optimize your instrument performance based upon a well-defined test and cleaning activity, documented on detailed reports. Deposit contracts
Our deposit service contracts offer utmost flexibility as they are – unlike classical service contracts – not instrument bound. The deposit contract is an amount of money which can be used in a flexible way to cover all types of services provided by MS Vision – repairs, maintenance, cleaning, parts, qualification or training. It’s your money, you decide! You can also freely shift the budget between instruments even from different vendors.
An the best is yet to come: unlike in a classical service contract, if there is no breakdown and there is still money in the deposit it is not gone at the end of the contract. If you decide to extend the contract you can keep all or a part of the remaining money and transfer it into the next contract period.
For whom?
Ideal for customers who need utmost flexibility or have to cover a larger number of systems from different vendors in a heterogeneous setup. This type of contract has particularly been developed with the needs of our academic customers in mind.
