The ThermoFisher QExactive HF hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer features an ultra-high-field Orbitrap analyzer which doubles its speed and resolution – more sample runs and amazing data quality. Built on the proven performance of the Q Exactive Plus platform, the QExactive HF mass spectrometer utilizes the same Active Beam Guide technology and Advanced Quadrupole design for very stable system operation and exceptional analytical performance. The QExactive HF mass spectrometer is designed for your toughest discovery and quantitation challenges where the combination of speed and highest performance are essential for the highest quality scientific results.
The MS Vision NativeQE upgrade will turn the QExactive HF into a biopharma workhorse. All the capabilities of the QExactive HF plus in addition superior intact protein analysis performance in detection AND selection of high mass ions to characterize antibodies and other recombinant proteins by native mass spectrometry.
The system is up and running in our lab in Almere. Originally it was a QExactive plus which has been upgraded to HF by ThermoFisher and passes all HF specifications.
