Service coordinator DACH region (m/f/d)
Do you have experience with customer service and do you speak fluent German, but also Dutch and English? Then we are looking for you as a service coordinator for our German-speaking market!
What will you do?
As a service coordinator, you are a spider in the web within our technical organization. You help customers who contact us for service requests and you coordinate these service visits with the customer and the engineer. In addition, you arrange all logistical matters that apply to this and you ensure that the administration is processed accurately and correctly within our King software program.
Your work area mainly concerns customers from the DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) region. Therefore full proficiency of the German language is a must. In addition, good knowledge of the Dutch and English language is necessary.
This is you
- You have a diploma or work experience at MBO level in the administrative field.
- You have experience in a similar role as a service coordinator, preferably in a technical organization.
- You are good at organizing and communicating.
- You can work with ERP systems, as well as common office software such as Windows 365 and Outlook
- You have an excellent command of the German language. You also speak good Dutch and English.
